Perfect spot for Alton Towers fun!
We had a lovely 2-night stay. The location is fab for Alton Towers! Room was super clean and the bathroom was nice. Enjoyed the tea and coffee setup—with biscuits! Breakfast was tasty, and the staff made us feel really welcome. Only tricky part was the staffing situation. they seemed a bit stretched. great value!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our night after a long day at the parks. The family room was spacious, perfect for tired kids. Note, the pub below can get noisy, especially on weekends. Consider bringing snacks for Sunday since no food is served on-site. a decent stay!
